Gail Thompson answered the phone the day I called to inquire about purchasing a cabin in the area for a rental investment. Gail was eager to accommodate us and send us listing within our price range. We automatically clicked, and I felt confident in her ability to find us what we were looking for. Over the next weeks and months we looked at many cabins and then signed a contract on a cabin being constructed in Wears Valley. From the very beginning Gail was on top of everything, she was our eyes and ears since we did not live in Tennessee. The construction process was a real roller coaster ride, which Gail rode right along with us. Gail would go up take pictures and videos as the home was being constructed, which helped save us trips to Tennessee. Gail went the extra mile for us, if we had not had her by our side we would have very likely backed out of the sale. Her professionalism is impeccable and I would recommend her to any of our friends and family. I am thankful for Gail and all she did to make our transition to our new cabin so much easier.
