She has connections with licensed contractors who she recommended and who were trustworthy and diligent in getting the repair work done as soon as possible. She seemed to be available 24/7 and if she was not she would let me know when she was and would contact me as soon as possible to discuss anything that I had concerns about. When she needed to, she dug in her heels to acquire the best results for me. I am SO grateful to her for all she had done throughout the process of the sale.
