Buyer reviewWe very much enjoyed working with Holly! First she helped us find a great home for our family. Then she had our old house under contract with a full price offer 24 hours after listing. She's very knowledgeable about houses and the housing market. She responds to messages quickly but does not have a pushy, "salesman" personality. We actually had a lot of fun looking at houses with her. She was great with our four young kids and made sure they knew that they were an important part of the process, too. When we did our final walk through, it was very cold outside, so she stayed in the house with our kids while we went around the outside of the house. When we came back in, she was on the floor playing Simon Says with them. They love her and so do we! Thanks Holly, you made this whole experience wonderful for us!

She was very patient, took a lot of time with us, did great legwork and went out of her way to ensure things were dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner. I have yet to work with a realtor as dedicated, professional and focused as Holly Romanowski. Holly made a very difficult purchase enjoyable. The house we were looking for was very difficult to find, and she was patient and dedicated throughout the process. Just prior to closing, the house sustained water damage due to a broken water filtration system in the kitchen. She instrumental in keeping us informed through the repair process, frequently checked in on the property and ensured the repairs were done quickly and correctly and facilitated us selecting upgrades throughout the house. Without he involvement I don't believe I would have been able to comfortably complete the purchase. In the end the entire process pushed out closing a mere 45 days.
