I began my Real Estate career in 1989 in Chicago, before moving back home to Phoenix in 1991. Shortly thereafter, I obtained my broker's license. Over my 30 year career, I have developed my expertise in many areas of Real Estate including, Residential, Luxury Homes, Equestrian Estates, Vacant Land, Income producing properties, as well as light Commercial.
Whether buying or selling, I understand the process can sometimes be challenging and complicated. My goal is to take the pressure off so that the client can make clear and concise decisions throughout the process. Ultimately, a successful sale is the main goal and I utilize my 30 years of experience to make that happen. I make sure my clients receive the utmost care, due diligence and accurate knowledge that goes above and beyond.
I also specialize in Military relocations. My family has a long list of those who have served, including my father who served active in Korea, a sister who was a helicopter repair woman, as well as a cousin who made the ultimate sacrifice defending a fellow solider. I have a deep rooted passion for Real Estate and a passion for serving those who serve and have served our great country! My goal is truly to deliver extraordinary results and when I say exceptional service on my part is the norm, I mean it. Thank you!

Buyer reviewMy whole buying process took close to a year and Jacquie was excellent, patient, helpful through out. I definitely felt like she had by best interest in mind. After i had put an offer on the house i bought, she was phenomenal and completely on top of things, fantastic in her negotiations with the seller/other realtor.

Seller reviewWe called Jacqueline Smith about a different property that was for sale. In chatting with her, we were able to tell she had knowledge of the area and years of experience. This led us to seek her out when we decided to list this property for sale. Jacquie did quite a bit of investigation about this property in regard to the utilities and what was needed to develop the land. Due to her extensive experience dealing with raw land, she was able to help lead Buyers Agents thru the process. It seemed to us that with her wealth of knowledge, Buyers were able to feel comfortable with what to expect for developing the lot. This was an undeveloped 2.5 acre lot. There were a few complications in the development of it. Jacquie did a lot of research to help find the answers to the questions that potential Buyers had about the property and the development of it.

Buyer reviewWe choose Jacqueline Smith to work with in our search for property because she will go the extra mile to help with a transaction. She also has extensive knowledge in the area & with local real estate dealings. Jacquie first off answered my call during the Super Bowl to initiate the contact about the property we purchased. We feel this prompt follow up & initiation of contact with the Selling Agent led to us ultimately being able to get a contract written on the property before much other interest was created and a bidding war initiated. Secondly, we found out some extenuating circumstances during the inspection period about the property & Jacquie helped us negotiate the price to reflect the new information. Jacquie's energy in finding out the necessary information about the property & the communication with the Selling Agent & Seller is what ultimately led to the purchase being finalized. Jacquie's overall performance was outstanding, we were very pleased with all the help & effort she put into the deal. She has earned our respect as a realtor & friend.

Seller reviewJackie and Ruby went over and beyond in their efforts to secure this sale. We managed to work thru the buyers multiple demands, Jackie had a struggle with access to the HOA. The co vid pandemic caused the HOA to be almost inaccessible.
