Even though I live 3 hours away from the new home, Jamie made the entire process extremely easy and was always available by text, email, or phone. I appreciate businesses that can accommodate texting communication, and the dotloop communications for legal contracts worked really well from a long distance. Jamie was also very helpful in finding/recommending inspectors and the proper utilities for my new home. I would definitely recommend Jamie Grace very highly, and will be sure to mention his name to friends or family that may be moving to the Traverse City area!
