Seller reviewJamie was incredibly helpful. I inherited the house unexpectedly and needed to sell the property to alleviate debts associated with its estate. Jamie provided recommendations for repairs and improvements I should make to the property, to get the most out of it. When the house was finally ready to sell, Jamie found a seller at the listed price very quickly, and helped personally to fix the last few things in the house. Jamie made the experience as the seller stress free, and kept me informed every step of the way.

Buyer reviewJamie was extremely patient. I explained I was a first time buyer and really didn't know much about buying a new house. Jamie ALWAYS had a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She always answered my text or voice mails within a timely matter. She drove me from house to house to house on 3 separate occasions and made it perfectly clear that her only interest was in making sure my husband and I had the house we wanted and didn't settle for anything less. Jamie went above and beyond, especially at the last minute when Citibank tried to "renegotiate" the terms of our loan. Jamie just wasn't having it and went to bat for us. I would never even think about recommending anyone other than Jamie Lukeski.
