Second, they are Christians. When we called Bill, he was very nice and friendly. It is currently the seller's market. Therefore, there is not so much room for negotiating the price and terms of the purchase. Bill and Jayne helped us figure out what kind of house work best for our family. I appreciate that Bill and Jayne helped us make informed decisions. Jayne and Bill went up and beyond. They were so patient throughout the process.
