I contacted her on a Sunday expecting to hear from her Monday and look at property by the end of the week... Not with Jeanne! We went that same Sunday afternoon! She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. We highly recommend her. Working with Jeanne and Cullen exceeded any of my expectations. Jeanne went above and beyond to find us the perfect home! After looking at all of the properties that we were interested in, and weeding through each one.. she then decided to reach out to expired listings and what do you know?!?! We found the perfect home! Each time we ran into an obstacle Jeanne was there with a back up plan!!! As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the real estate terminology or the anything else really. Jeanne was always there to help me understand or walk me through the process. There wasn't one question that I had that she was not able to answer. Jeanne immediately listened to our needs considering we came down from Pennsylvania to look for a home to relocate to and were only going to be in town a short time. She cleared her schedule and devoted he time to make sure we had a selection to look at, different locations and prices. Jeanne sold a home for a friend of mine and my friend was happy. I called in one other broker before I chose Jeanne. I believe Jeanne properly estimated my property. I also liked Cullen (her husband) who, along with Jeanne, was instrumental in selling the property. I think Jeanne and her husband, Cullen, make a really good team. They seem to work really well together. When one may be tied up, the other is willing to step in and help in order to expedite a sale. I really appreciated both of them very much.
