She never gives up on helping me until I have sold my home or bought my home. She had showings for me and open house to help me sell my other home. She never let me get discouraged when I didn't get a certain property. When she called me and told me I was the new owner of the home I wanted so badly, she wa just as excited as me. Jeannie treated us like friends instead of like clients to a professional extent and didn't try to pressure us into anything. She was there to help and point out details we had missed.
