Buyer reviewJenn Clark was the perfect realtor for our family. We were a military family moving to Des Moines with no local knowledge. She provided the local general and housing information we needed to help us narrow our search area from afar. When we were able to make it to the area it was only for a short window of time. She provided the dedication we needed to find our house in the time we had. After we found the house she helped get us get it at the best price, even saving us some money after we were ready to agree to a higher price. As little things popped up between the agreement and closing she handled them. The inspection and walkthrough identified some minor issues but in each case she was able to get the seller/relocation company to fix the problems. This was significant because we were not in a good position to walk away from the deal. I would absolutely recommend Jenn to anyone looking for a home in the area!
