All we had to do was call Jennifer and let her know we wanted to look at a house and she was ready within 15 minutes; even in the rain. She answered all questions regardless of the time of day. If she didn't know something she found an answer for us within 24 hours. She made sure we were satisfied with our selection of our new home. I would recommend Jennifer Hannibal-Felder as a realtor because of her commitment, dedication, tenacity and most of all her kindness. She's a keeper!

So naturally selling was very hard but, Ms Jennifer made it easy for me. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. She was very kind, personable, respectful, professional and understanding when my emotions took over at times.
