Jerry Thompson must be the best broker out there. He helped us negotiate purchasing our new home below asking price, while selling our previous home above asking price before it even it the market. He is efficient, available, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and really knows his craft. I appreciate everything he has done for us and highly recommend him to anyone even remotely interested in purchasing and selling real estate.
