Seller reviewJerry is highly professional and very insightful. This latter quality seems to come from his extensive experience generally, and his particular experience in our area was very useful. This experience really was helpful throughout the whole process. Jerry had very useful advice as to what needed to be done to get the place ready for viewing, as well as what we didn't need to do. Jerry had ideas about pricing the property, but he really left it up to us to make the decision. He was able to provide the pros and cons of various pricing decisions. Jerry communicated with us effectively while the house was on the market. He set a very reasonable deadline for prospective buyers to submit offers. Once those offers were submitted, he very helpfully highlighted the strengths and weaknesses of each offer so that we could make an informed decision. All in all, we had a very satisfying experience with Jerry. We would definitely work with him again, and we would certainly recommend him to others.
