She was available/attentive. Her idea to choose an amazing photographer was key in my house selling in 18 hrs from an out of town buyer, sight unseen. She followed my contract through past closing. She responded quickly to me when I emailed her a month past closing when I was looking for a package. I feel fortunate that she was referred to me by my son's realtor in Dayton. Professional, polite & never prissy.
