Seller reviewJoe lived in the same condo complex and seemed to take more of a personal interest than one would expect. The condo complex was in repair from storm damage and Joe coordinated with construction agents on my behalf and keep me posted. He also negotiated a boat slip exchange to enhance the sale potential.. overall Joe provided excellent service. I would highly recommend joe as an agent.
