His knowledge and personal attention made me feel secure during the entire process. The property being sold belonged to my elderly father. My father liked John very much. I am a first time buyer, and had I worked with anyone other than John, the home buying process would have been completely overwhelming. John was with me every step of the way. He made himself available to me well beyond the scope of normal business hours, and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. He was in constant contact with my broker, the seller's agent, and Chicago Title. He sent me updates as to the progress of the sale almost daily and answered every question that I brought forth succinctly, in a manner that I could understand. I could not have had a better experience. John is truly exceptional at what he does. I was not just another client that he tried to get in to a house. He helped me to find a home, and I couldn't be happier with it, and with him. John, thank you so much for all that you did.
