I am licensed as a Real Estate Broker in both Arkansas and Missouri. My career is backed by an extensive business marketing background that dates to the 1970s. Here in the Ozarks, I founded and led The Ozarks Team Realtors, which became the leading real estate team in Arkansas for several years. John Scaub was always polite, understanding my nervousness at the proceedings. He was friendly and always giving me great advice from staging my home to the procedure of selling it. I feel it is his knowledge that made my property saleable. He was always Helpful, pointing out things that I didn't understand and explaining them. I trusted Johns ability to work with me at all times. He was always the ultimate professional at all times. John was truly a communications expert and was great about returning calls and texts and letting me know what was going on at all times. He was always respectful to me. Making sure I was comfortable with everything. I know I could call or text John with any concerns I had. The commission was in line with other agents I spoke to. John went over every step of marketing my property. The photos and video were over the top. He made closing easy and painless. Contracts were explained in detail. Because John was did such a great job with putting my property "out there" I had great sales results. He walked me though negotiations with the buyer. Explaining the process in detail. . The yard sign was promptly and properly installed so that traffic could view it from both ways. Selling my property and purchasing a new residence was very nerve racking to me. It was great to have all the support I had. Especially John Schaub. Super impressed with John Schaub, Heather Hendricks and the entire Ozarks Team, LeMac Realty and Century 21.
