Seller reviewI want to start by apologizing to Jorge for taking out all of my frustration on him. At the time, I had completely lost faith in realtors-I was convinced they were all the same. Jorge proved me wrong. From the beginning, he stood out because he asked me so many questions. I'll admit, it annoyed me in the moment, but looking back I realize he did it to truly understand me and my family's needs. His communication was exceptional, and unlike so many others, he never overpromised. He was faced with some really tough circumstances, yet he never gave up. Thanks to his persistence, I now have peace and can move forward with my life. The fact that he handled everything without me even having to return to California is unbelievable. Jorge is exceptional at what he does. I recommend him 10,000% to anyone reading this.

In the recent real estate transaction in which I engaged Mr. Gamboa, I could not have been in better hands. The transaction was rife with tenant issues, which limited the scope of prospective buyers. Nonetheless, the transaction was concluded in short order, and to my complete satisfaction.

Seller reviewThe process was overwhelming until I hired Jorge. I never imagined that hundreds of phone calls would come in the day that my original listing expired. Jorge was a blessing. He was honest. I wasn't thrilled with what he shared with me but it was honest and truthful. That got him the job. Throughout the entire process he was accessible, communicative and professional. He earned my trust with every step. He even reviewed a context that I had signed with a contractor and shared "suggestions" that ended up saving me more money that I even paid him. So his help was technically free with what ge helped me with. Simply outstanding! I can't recommend him enough to any seller.
