Joyce was very knowledgable and a good guide throughout the process of selling my grandmothers house. It was a very difficult and emotional time for me and it was hard to let go of something I wanted to keep in the family. Joyce's compassion and care along with her advice along the way made the process so much more comforting and easy for me. A couple that knew my grandmother bought the house and we got what we had hoped to get out of it monetarily to help cover the costs of my Aunts medical care. We have dealt with Joyce Keefer the previous when we purchased cabins up at Waha.
