I am a licensed REALTOR® in Idaho and Washington, serving the communities of the Lewis Clark Valley. What makes this job exciting and interesting for me is the people. The relationships I've built through real estate often lead to long-term friendships. Along with these relationships, I enjoy the camaraderie our agents have. We're a family and we support each other - that's what this profession is all about.
I have two grown daughters, one of which is still here with me in the valley. My other daughter lives in Hawaii and recently made me a proud grandmother. I have a large extended family and we love to get together, play cards and catch up on each others lives. Family is important to me and as a result, helping clients make the best decision for their families is of utmost importance.

She was bright, helpful and sweet, so when my family recommendation turned out to be her, it was a no brainer to ask her to help us find a home. She utilized all methods to communicate with me, email while I was at work, text and phone when not, and was quick to chat with me all through the process. She is very knowledgable of the area, as well as the history of buildings here in Lewiston, knows what to look for. I'd never seen Termite damage until she pointed it out to me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and I will call Joyce first thing if I ever sell/buy another house, and recommend her to friends and family.
