I have enjoyed the travel from Maryland, Hawaii, Tennessee (2), Texas, Arizona, Colorado and now Virginia. I would not trade that experience for anything. Seller reviewMy brothers and I were in need of selling our mothers house we inherited. There was a lot that needed to be done such as clean out, clean up etc. it took longer than expected to get these things done. As a result the house was listed later than we expected. Through this process Karen was patient, provided references when others didn't follow up and checked on me to ensure I wasn't stressed! Karen's approach is one of caring and understanding her clients needs and meeting those needs beyond expectations. She was very active in our closing process and stayed connected with my brother who lived in another state. During closing she acted as an advocate and asked questions to ensure a shared understanding for all. I greatly appreciate her professionalism and would definitely work with again and refer to my family and friends!
