Buyer reviewKaren Schubert is a wonderful person. such a positive demeanor. she knows the market for both selling and buying. She cares about her clients first. i never felt that she was trying to push me in any particular direction. she listened to what my wants and needs were and helped me find exactly what i was looking for. through the whole process she acts more as a friend or mother figure, which helped calm the nerves of trying to buy and sell at the same time. there are a lot of good realtors out there, but if you want the best of the best Karen is the only choice.

Seller reviewI had worked Karen on a sale and purchase previously. Knowing Karen's strong work ethic and the proven results, it made the choice to use Karen again easy. Karen is a a dynamo, and gave us sound and string advice on all phases of the our purchase, and sale of our home in Methuen. Karen was diligent in getting our house listed and gaining reviews from the realtors who showed the house. When decision were made to adjust the sale price, Karen was quick and insightful on these adjustments. I believe our final sale was made as easy as it could be by Karen staying on top of the buyers responsibilities. Karen made the process as smooth as possible, and we are greatly appreciative of all Karen's hard work. Your staff at Century 21was phenomenal! The whole process was well managed, and I do not have any complaints. Everything a buyer and seller would look for was met by your agencies staff. Thank you for that!
