Buyer reviewKatherine was great from day one, I was nervous getting referred through a program with my Bank, but I won the lottery getting paired with Katherine. She was very upfront about what properties would work with my VA loan, showed me what to look for in the listing so I didn't get attached to some that wouldn't work out. Gave excellent expert insight to the ones I liked and narrowed it down further to safe time viewing things I wouldn't like. She worked through the interesting for the one I chose, but we got it all negotiated and it went very smooth overall for a home purchase I think. If I ever need a ln agent again I know who to call now! Highly recommend!
