The vast majority of our business comes from referrals and repeat clients. I do everything I can to make the home buying or selling experience as smooth as possible. I also believe it should be fun - after all it's one of the most exciting things a person does in their life! Our expertise covers everything from the marketing of unique properties like the Frank Lloyd style home at "Red Dog Ridge", to the contemporary custom-built executive homes such as those found in the Rollingwood sub-division, as well as similarly exclusive properties throughout Rock County. Our approach to marketing is one of partnership with our client, incorporating their ideas and objectives right from the start. After gathering all available information and fully researching the history, features and competitive advantages of each property, we present a draft marketing plan to our client. This outlines "the story" we are going to tell, in words and pictures, both in the listing and all the attendant promotional elements and advertising. Ongoing investments in photographic and on-line technologies to optimize the presentation of listings to potential buyers, are also an important part of our marketing approach. Prior to listing we work closely with our clients to determine what preparation needs to be done to ensure the home is presented in it's best light. Occasionally there may be certain items that need repair or replacing, but for the most part we recommend not wasting money on things such as carpet, paint or appliances. There are often just a few simple things that can be done to enhance a home's perceived value without spending a lot of money. We also have a team of reasonably priced and good quality partners and contractors we work with to help with pre-listing repairs, cleaning and any other items necessary to prepare homes for listing and showings.     Kerri took the time to listen to our needs as well as wants for our family. She never pressured us into trying to make a home fit our family. She stressed that we would know when we found "the one." Kerri worked outside of normal hours to accommodate our sometimes abnormal work schedules. She was organized and punctual in returning messages and getting us information. When a family situation came up when it was time to close on our home and move, Kerri worked to make the closing go flawlessly so I could be with family in another state. I could give examples of each individual point if asked to do so. One example I will share is her ability to answer my many questions. She not only answered the questions, but was sure we understood the answer, and at times the options if there were any.
