Seller reviewThis was my fifth transaction with Kevin. He's helped me buy, sell, and rent various properties over the years. Within 36 hours I had two offers and accepted a full price contract. Selling my house this time was the most challenging since I now live out of state. I had some issues with the HOA that Kevin was instrumental in helping me to resolve. He even went to my house for an appliance delivery and installation. I can't thank Kevin enough for everything he has done to ensure that all of our transactions over the years were smooth ones and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional Realtor. Seller reviewI wanted my house on the market before going on vacation and wanted on contract prior to my return two weeks later. The house was on contract in 3 days and closed in 30 days. This was a house that I had rented out for years. I did some work to the house, gave Kevin the Keys and told him that I did not want to return to the house. I did not return as it went on contract in three days and and closed in 30 days

Seller reviewI have worked with Kevin twice before. There is no one else I would have gone with. Kevin was able to sell our home BEFORE it even hit the market! This saved us from having to leave the house for showings and cleaning up before pictures and showings (which is very difficult with 2 children and a puppy). Nothing could have been better. I go back to Kevin over and over because he is very serious about his job and wants only the best for his clients. Every time I have worked with him, he makes things happen quickly. To sell this house before it even hit the market was a huge weight off of my shoulders. I hope to stay in my new home for a VERY long time, so may not need his services again in the near future. But I will recommend him highly to anyone seeking an agent to work with. Thank you Kevin!!

As out of state owners, we conducted the entire sale remotely, and Kevin was consistently responsive, proactive and thorough. We knew Kevin was serving our interests and he did a tremendous job navigating us through the process. Our townhouse was on the market for one day, and we sold for $10,000 over the asking price. The current sale was our primary residence in order that we could relocate to Myrtle Beach. Kevin helped us in every aspect of the sale from bringing in a professional to help stage the house, to pricing, negotiations, inspection items to ultimate closing. Kevin focused on our specific needs, and he worked from there. He was a strong negotiator that's how we got our dream home in less than 2 weeks period. Kevin was extremely responsive; he always available when we needed a question answered. He made us felt very comfortable throughout the whole process with no pressure at all, which was very important to us.
