Buyer reviewBeing a Military couple stationed in Guam we knew that we wouldn't have much time to browse through the area. We knew we wanted to purchase but was unsure. We used the USAA preferred program that led us to Kimberly Lease! And let me tell you she was a life savior! From taking pictures of lots, to contacting Lennar, she took care of anything we needed until our arrival in September. Even after that she took it upon herself to ensure we had one of the top inspectors arranged within 24 hours. Her keen eye to detail pointed out so many things that me and my husband would've missed and even cost us hundreds if not thousands of dollars to fix! Best realtor experience we have had!

Seller reviewKimberly Lease is not a good realtor, she is a phenomenal realtor. When it came time for us to sell our home, the first thing we wanted in an agent was honesty closely followed by knowledge. Kimberly has both of these qualities in spades. Her background and qualifications tell you her knowledge level. There is no way she would have made it to where she has with out having true knowledge of real estate. To the honesty part, we never once questioned or wondered what Kimberly was telling us or doing was truly in our best interest. We had a long and exceptionally hard closing due to unforeseen issues with the buyer. However, in the end, everything Kimberly did was not only in our best interest as clients, but she went above and beyond to ensure we were protected and informed. The process of selling a home is incredibly stressful. With that said, we could not imagine a better realtor and person to work with.

My father had just died and my husband was deployed and there were many times that the sale of the house was totally overwhelming for me. Kimberly would calmly explain things and get me through each step of the process and was never impatient with my questions. She easily handled situations with the buyers that came up and advised us wisely in how to work through the situations. We could have not asked for a better agent to help us.
