Seller reviewKim and James worked their asses off to help us sell our house! They were habitualy punctual, and kept their word on the things they said they would do!!! They were very honest at all times. They went above and beyond my expectations selling my house for 15 Grand over the asking price!!!! During the sale of my home we accepted a bit and entered escrow all while we were out of the country on vacation. I was surprised at how smooth everything was considering the circumstances. Kim and James really know what they are doing! I am so thankful I chose them to be my agents! I would highly recommend them to anyone! And i considered them my agents for life.

Even though we didn't speak English fluently, she was never impatient and treated us like her family members. Whenever we wanted to tour a new property, and wherever it was. She never refused our demand and tried her best to reserve the most appropriate time for us. In addition, because of my busy job, I didn't participate in the property inspection and house estimate. However, she did amazing job.She took notes for all the issues and solutions that included the fixing fee and told me all the details by face to face. I am so glad and lucky to meet her.
