Seller reviewKimberly and James were helpful, understanding, enthusiastic, encouraging and honest, knowing just what to be when. Selling the house I grew up in was bitter sweet. Kimberly understood how difficult this was for myself and my brother. I liked that Kimberly and James appreciated the suggestions we made and the work I did to prepare the house for going on the market.

Buyer reviewProfessional,knowledgeable and helpful Kimberly went above and beyond making sure she was there for inspections and title company when I couldn't be as well as getting questions answered by listing agent Kimberly was consistently on time to meetings she responded to email and phone messages promptly in the rare instance that she was unable to answer phone calls, I felt completely comfortable with her knowledge, experience and advise. She was a valuable asset every step of the way. I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

This is my first time buying property in US and Kimberly made it super easy and made sure I was informed but making my own decisions at every step of the way. She had great context about how much the final price would be and made us have the best strategy to work on. And most impressed part is she let us feel like we were always her top priority. She was always available for us even on weekend and super-fast at any response like email and phone. We closed earlier than expected which was a great Christmas gift from her. Highly recommend and if I were going to buy another one I'd go with Kimberly again.

When I first contacted her when timing was critical on a hot house that had come back on the market, she got right back to me, we set a time that day, and we wrote an offer that evening. Timing was critical and she nailed it!
