Buyer reviewKim was and still has been the best realtor we've ever worked with. My wife and I can't say enough about Kim and her kindness, thoughtfulness, caring attitude. She made us feel like we were the only ones she was working with. She answered soooo many questions and she answered them like it was the first one. She stuck with us for over a year and that just shows how much she cares. I wish we had more money to buy another house so we could use Kim again. Perfect is the one word that comes to mind when I think about my experience with Kim.

Even after Petey managed to lock us out of her car in the pouring rain she showed the rare ability to manage a problem and keep smiling. It made us feel like she was only working for us and no one else which gave us piece of mind. She lined us up with our lender which worked out perfect for us and she also lined us up with our closing attorney. We was very satisfied with our buying experience. We feel like we also gained a friend in the Boone area which we previously knew no one.
