I've been a full-time Realtor® with Century 21 Redwood Realty since 2003, and throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: my clients' best interest is at the heart of everything I do. I truly love my job and have a deep passion for real estate, it's a privilege to guide people through such meaningful moments in their lives.
Over the years, I've been honored to be recognized as a consistent top agent with Century 21, earning awards such as the Double Centurion, Centurion, President's Producer, and Quality Service Pinnacle Producer. These recognitions reflect the trust my clients place in me and the results we achieve together.
Before real estate, I worked for the Ritz-Carlton in Pentagon City, where I learned the gold standard of customer service. Later, I spent seven years teaching Spanish at Garfield High School, which instilled in me a lasting desire to share knowledge and help others make confident, informed decisions. Both experiences continue to shape how I work today, blending high-level service with patience, guidance, and thoughtful support every step of the way.
I grew up in Northern Virginia, graduating from Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke. I studied at Calvin University in Michigan, completing two semesters abroad in Spain, before transferring to George Mason University, where I earned both my undergraduate degree in Spanish and a Master's in Education.
Since 1989, I've lived in Prince William County with my husband, Joe, where we've raised our family. Northern Virginia is home, and I'm proud to serve clients across the region-including Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Prince William, Stafford, Loudoun, and Spotsylvania counties.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my two grown daughters, our cockapoo Guster, and our cat Cody. I also enjoy traveling, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, and staying active through masters rowing.

From the moment we began communicating with her, we knew she was the agent for us based on her clear communication, her sincerity in listening to our needs, and her knowledge of the market and the area. We couldn't have been more pleased with Kristin and how she handled our sale. We living outside the country while selling the house. We had renters who had a complex move-out situation and a serious medical procedure right as we received an offer. Kristin responded to all these challenges with patience and professionalism...they didn't phase her and she overcame each of them. Not to mention she had to deal with the challenges posed by the COVID-19 restrictions. From the our first call all the way to closing, Kristin was the ideal agent. She listened to our needs, provided us with a comprehensive market analysis, helped us price the house properly, created a masterful marketing plan, guided us through the offer process, and got the house sold in the midst of the COVID-19 health crisis. We've dealt with three other agents on past houses...Kristin was by far the best agent we've worked with. We give her our very highest recommendation.

Seller reviewKristin is an outstanding agent! She came to our first meeting with the recent homes sales, data on pricing our house, and a timeline to get our house on the market. And she also had a great list of local contractors who she's had a good experience with for use to use. Kristin emphasized that the sooner we could get our house ready, the better because there were very few houses available in our price range, so we really pushed to get our house ready. Kristin had the photographer come on Tuesday, our house went live online on Thursday, we had 18 showings and six offers by Sunday evening! Outstanding - all thanks to Kristen's knowledge and planning. We've told our neighbors when they want to sell their house they need to call Kristin!
