Kristin Burns provided superb service in the marketing and sale of our home. As out-of-state owners for a property that had been rented for 15 years, Kristin understood the unique challenges of selling our home. She provided expert advice on the repairs and improvements that were needed to improve the appearance and effectively market our home. In addition to helping us determine the improvements that would provide the most "bang-for-the-buck", she also helped identify local contractors to do the work. When the house inspection identified some additional repairs necessary, Kristin contacted local contractors to do the work and managed the projects to completion. Kristin kept us up-to-date with details of each house showing as well as the status of other house sales in the local area. When we had multiple offers, Kristin helped us to finalize an offer above asking price. She also communicated directly with the VA Appraiser by providing him relevant "comps" to ensure our house would appraise at the sale price.
