When we interviewed her, we were impressed with her experience, knowledge of the area, and her presentation for selling the house. And while many realtors shine in those areas, what really set Kristin apart was her perfect blend of professionalism and down to earth, easy going, personality, which made working with her seemless and pleasurable. Throughout the process, we asked Kristin so many questions --- probably too many --- and Kristin always responded promptly, infomratively, and helpfully -- and with a smile. She was at the house when she needed to be at the house, and was always on time! Seller reviewExcellent doesn't cut it. I knew that Kristin was a good realtor. She's my sister in law, and both my mother and father have utilized her services for buying and selling. They raved about her expertise, even when she was brand new in the industry. All of that being said, Kristin blew me away. She far exceeded my already high expectations. She is immensely knowledgeable, extremely communicative, and very timely. She broke everything down for me in ways I could easily understand, and she seemed to anticipate what might make me anxious and came prepared with reassurances every time. The time and effort Kristin put into this is unmatched. She handled each problem, obstacle, roadblock with such apparent ease. She made things easy on/for me, but I'm sure they weren't easy for her! I am confident that if I had worked with someone else, this experience would have been longer, harder, and way more stressful. Kristin is an asset to anyone buying or selling.
