She is licensed both in North Carolina and Florida and has sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes and high -dollar estate properties to uptown condominiums, ranch properties, and investment properties.
As a realtor her first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to her clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and strives to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress free.

Buyer reviewI remember leaving a voice mail about a home I was interested in. I had already been through the wringer with several not so professional Realtors So I decided to just see if this home that was listed was available. Lena returned my phone call within just a few minutes. I , told her my circumstance that I was in. I also let her know that I was qualified with the VA. Lena scheduled a showing for the next day. We met at the home I was interested in. As we looked at the property. Lena's knowledge of the VA loan requirements began to interest me . She talked about the foundation requirements. The condition of the roof. She pointed out just about everything that was wrong with the property. What a refreshing surprise that was. I had found not only a realtor that showed up on time but she also knew what to look for . Lena and I left that property. Lena than showed me a list of homes available in that area. We looked at several homes on line . She took time to explain where they were and what type of community they where in. Lena went above my expectations in all phases the process of making sure I was 100% satisfied with my ultimate decision. Lena is the Professional that all Realtors should strive to be. If I owned Century 21 I would have Lena training my Realtors. I cannot say enough about her awesome Professionalism.
