Linda Steffen was the first name that popped up when I Google searched "best realtor in Brainerd." I clicked on the link and read some reviews, did my research, and submitted a request online to have her contact me. I figured she must be busy since she's the best in Brainerd, but she called me the same day. I was very impressed. We had a very hard time closing on our house. We were preapproved and had made an offer which was accepted, but I'm young with new credit, so there were some issues down the line with my loan. Linda made it bearable. She always responded to my calls, texts, and emails almost immediately and she gave me a ton of advice. She really went above and beyond to ease my mind and make me feel comfortable. Seriously incredible. I worked with a lot of Realtors before choosing Linda, and not one of them gave me the quality of service that Linda did. Even after purchasing and moving into my new home, we're still in contact. I couldn't have asked for a better agent.

I contacted Linda about looking at a house in Pillager. She set us up with showing right away and helped us put in an offer on the house the day of the showing. We had no idea what we were doing for the whole process of buying a house, but Linda had a printout for us on the steps of home buying. She also had recommendations for us on where to apply for a loan and a good starting price for an offer. She was always available when we needed her and had the right answers to any questions we had. I have recommended Linda to a couple friends who are looking to buy or sell a house.
