Since we live out-of-state she coordinated everything from placement of the for sale signs, to locating an attorney for the closing as well as securing the documents and the title company. Linda is very friendly and responded to both email and phone messages in a timely manner. Linda had worked with the buyers previously so we felt very confident and comfortable with Linda handling our transaction!
