She met me at another listing that caught my eye and was very likeable and capable of understanding my status as a possible buyer, but a definite potential seller. As it turned out, she already knew my children and she helped guide me through the next few months of big lifestyle changes and circumstances. She was patient and gracious throughout, as things hobbled along and we got past the holiday into winter before listing my condo. By then, time for finding a buyer was not an issue for me.
