We were looking for someone that cared about our happiness in finding our dream forever home. We did not want an agent that was just looking for an easy sell. Lori had our best interest in mind for the entire process of this home purchase. From the first offer until the closing she was all about us and what we were looking for. She wanted us to be happy with this large purchase and feel comfortable every step of the way. She answered every question we had during every step and explained everything in detail. At no point did we ever consider going with another agent. We have recommended her to friends based on her knowledge, experience and overall interest in what the home buyer is looking for. Lori was always available to answer any question we had about any property. She compiled a list of homes that met our "wish list" and also showed us any home that we had found researching online. This was our first home buying experience. We have heard horror stories of how difficult this process could be. At no point did we feel like that. This was a very easy stress free experience. We whole heartedly believe is was because of our agent.

Lori was fantastic. Right from the get go, Lori Periard was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the market. During our the whole process Lori made sure everything went smoothly. We have moved and bought/built in quite a few different states and markets over the years. We have also interviewed many agents and real estate companies/brokers also. We have not used century 21 a lot as they have not always seemed to have the largest presence in the marketplace or the agents did not impress us. However, we were really impressed by Lori from the beginning and she performed extremely well. We consider her now a close family friend. This does not happen often and is a testament of who Lori is as an agent. It was her who we chose to deal with because of how Lori worked with us through the process, not because of her affiliation with Century 21.
