Mandy held our hands through the whole process, going above and beyond her responsibilities. Since we were in Florida, it was reassuring to know Mandy was covering all the bases in Culpeper for us. She recommended excellent people to work with for the mortgage and some work we needed done after the closing. She was available to us day or night for questions or concerns. We highly recommend Mandy Brown to anyone who is selling or buying a home. She is knowledgeable of Culpeper, as well as the surrounding areas and she understands construction and what to look for in a house. She was very knowledgeable of the local area and she was very knowledgeable is the building prices. Even during the inspection process she was able to catch stuff that may have been overlooked. Mandy Brown is definitely one of the best in the industry. I have recommended her to a few of my friends in my neighborhood and she was able to get their house sold. I would definitely recommend giving her a call.
