When PCSing to Oklahoma in 1996, my family thought it would be just another stop along the way in my husband's military career. However, from day one, we just knew this was finally the place we wanted to put down roots for our family. Buyer reviewMandy went above and beyond. Trust is a huge factor for me and I trusted her 100%. She knew everything about the process and was prepared with any documents needed. She was willing to take time to go over all of the processes several times if we didn't understand and didn't seem annoyed to help. She answered messages late in the evening and never missed responding. As a new home buyer I felt extremely comfortable going through the process with her advice and guidance.

Buyer reviewMandy was very clear about the entire process and she was very thorough with walking through all the paperwork. She was always very pleasant and it was clear that she always had my interest in mind. While the house was agreed to be bought as is, she still managed to get the seller to do work on the water heater to bring it up to code and the seller also did a few minor things around the house based on my inspection. Overall it was a good experience and she did everything for me that she could. I work nights so I'm not the most personable person in the morning. Mandy did a great job of working around my schedule as well as being very understanding of my situation. She was incredibly nice and I felt like whatever she had to say was not only worth listening to, it was entirely trustworthy as well.

The buyers agent seemed unprofessional in getting the buyers to follow thru. Mandy walked me through each step of the process of selling my home from start to closing. I really appreciate her knowledge. A wonderful agent to work with. The other agent and the buyers were a mess but Mandy kept things moving forward on the sale using her knowledge and customer service skills. I appreciate her extra effort to get the closing completed.
