As a military spouse and British citizen who's lived in two different countries and many states, I understand the trials and tribulations that every move can bring. When PCSing to Oklahoma in 1996, my family thought it would be just another stop along the way in my husband's military career. Buyer reviewWe decided that we wanted to purchase a home instead of renting for much longer. While we were out house hunting, without any agent or broker, we came upon the neighborhood that we now call home. We called a couple of potential VA Loan lenders and interviewed them first to see who could deliver the best service and who had the best rates! We settled on a lender and they actually recommended Mandy Gulley to us. We were skeptical at first because we already knew the lot and style of home we planned to build. In hindsight we are glad we called her as she walked us through step by step of our home building/ purchasing process! We called on her many times and without fail she was always giving more information, answering any requests or questions that we threw her way! The time had finally come to close... unfortunately closing got pushed back a few times. It was devastating each time it got pushed back because not only are you still not moving, but your paying extra rent and you're re- scheduling the movers and the deliveries... It truly could have been a total disaster but Mandy fought for us and made it an awesome experience! She ended up calling our builder and went to bat for us and they actually let us move in BEFORE we closed! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you so much!!! We couldn't have dreamt up a better agent if we tried!! She is fabulous you won't regret working with her!!!

Buyer reviewI would definitely recommend Mandy to anyone! We had a difficult price range and difficult house expectations and Mandy worked so hard for us and never gave up! She took the time to know exactly what we wanted and needed and you can really tell she cares about her buyers/sellers. She made our buying process a lot less stressful and she was always on top of everything and always making sure we knew what was going on. She is an amazing realtor and I would definitely recommended her. We will be using her again when we sell/buy in the future!

You will never be in the dark through out the process and she will explain everything to you. She is very easy too work with and follows through when she says she will. Buyer reviewMandy Gulley was amazing. She helped me get through the entire process. Due to an appraiser, my closing was pushed back twice. I know a couple dealing with the same problem right now. The appraiser is a separate entity Mandy Gulley nor the lender I used had any control over that at all. I would recommend Mandy Gulley because she treated me as an individual and answered all my questions if not the same day the next day. She has an eye for small things that would be costly to repair, and we negotiated those repairs. I am happy with my decision, and I was never pushed into anything or signing anything I wasn't comfortable with. I am in my new house right now, and I love it!! Thank you, Mandy Gulley!!!
