Seller reviewMarilyn Shockley was the perfect broker for me. I was selling my parents home and dissolving their estate. She was very patient and sensitive to the situation considering all of the dynamics of family members during the process. Marilyn was always one-step ahead of all aspects of the sale. She guided me through getting the house ready to be sold, counseled with me through the negotiations on the ensuing contract, inspection and repairs to the home. She was always available to answer my questions and allay any fears I had. Marilyn remained professional and available right through the closing of the sale. I would recommend her to everyone.
