Seller reviewIt was important that the broker understood the Waunakee market , the value of the location of my property, and the importance of the quality builder who constructed the home. Because the property was sold in six days some of the previous questions didn't apply. Mary, Ben, and their staff were fantastic in keeping me informed of the process. They were also very helpful in locating another property for me. Both Mary and Ben were very informative, giving me hints for the staging, picture taking process, open houses, home inspection process, and appraisal process. Mary was also able to put me in touch with a radon specialist and home inspector I felt very comfortable having Ben assist me when Mary was unavailable ( which seldom happened ). Michelle in the office was also very helpful It has been 17 years since I have had to deal with the "for sale" process. Having Century 21 once again help me was a very wise decision!!
