In considering sale of my townhome, I had to weigh market considerations and potential pricing against current rental income so there was a fair amount of preliminary research and discussion required prior to moving forward with the sale...from the very beginning, Maureen was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and assisted whenever needed in all facets of the sale process.
