Seller reviewI was extremely pleased with the assistance of a different broker that had help me find and purchase this home almost 2 years earlier. I was not as enthused when it became nessary to sell the home 20 months later. I wanted a more possitive input and decided to interview other brokers. I chose Megan Hill Mitchum because I felt she wold achieve the best outcome possible. I would reccoment Megan to anyone selling or buying a home. CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate provided some extras that were welcome and unexpected. We had and accpted a full price offer the day of listing and closed the sale in less than 45 days.

Seller reviewMy wife and I used Megan to sell a Des Moines rental we owned for 10 years. We live out of town so there would have been some logistical challenges if it weren't for Megan. From meeting contractors, communicating showings with renters, to checking on the house after it was vacated, Megan was all over it. The communication we great from start to finish and it didn't matter what time of day it was - Megan was accessible. We ran into some unusual circumstances but Megan never lost focus, and her drive to get it sold only increased with every obstacle. We are very pleased with the outcome and honestly feel Megan's ability to communicate and negotiate was a big part of a successful sale.
