She excels in her field with her expertise and follow through in all aspects of the process of doing a 1031 Exchange. This was our first time processing documents online with DocuSign. While it was overwhelming at times, we finally understood the process with Megan's assistance.

Megan was very professional, very personable, and most importantly for us not pushy. Megan was the difference in our decision to sell without having a new home to move to right away. For us if we didn't fell good about who we were working with or the process we would of pulled out. We did not need to sell our home at this time.
