Selling/buying a house is stressful. If you add the fact that the move is to another state, 4 months after major surgery, with a diagnosis of cancer a couple weeks into beginning the process of selling the house, it would be an understatement. Without Meghan's caring and compassionate understanding of our circumstances, we would've never been able to pull it off! She was right next to us, helping us think things through, and very lovingly and patiently working within our time frame, listening to our needs and wants. We sold our home for the full asking price, in December!, during a time when prices started to go down, and the market typically slows down. Meghan went ahead and did her magic, and we couldn't have asked for a better outcome, not only financially but in every sense. Besides God, we credit Meghan with the way things worked out, like clockwork. Meghan worked for us, but showed herself to be a true advocate and friend to us in a very complicated time.
