Very fast. Excellent communication. Great staff, good honest people. Exceeded all my expectations. Meghan and her excellent staff made a very tedious, document filled procedure very tolerable. All went according to the time schedule laid out. All required documents were supplied online eliminating the need for trips to an office which was much appreciated. Meghan's temperment is ideally suited to handling crises that arrive when on a short timeline such as a 30 day escrow. I could not have been more satisfied, and I have very high expectations. All my expectations were met and then some.

Let me preface this testimonial by saying that I am probably one of the pickiest, most particular people you will ever meet. Add to that a long list of requirements for me and my wife's first home- historical, surviving period details, Mills Act worthy, in good condition, and on a desirable street. This may or may not have been a challenge for Meghan, but she and her team were able to deliver in spades. I'm certain that Meghan would be your best asset no matter what kind of home you are looking for, but if you are specifically looking for a vintage character home in Anaheim, you can't afford not to use Meghan. She is a prominent civic leader in the local community and has an inside track on homes that might be coming to market in the near future.
