Seller reviewMelissa is an excellent realtor!! This is the second time using her and never thought twice about using her again. She helped us buy our new house and then listed our old house and sold it all in one day!! How great is that!!! Great because Melissa Frank is great at what she does. Always nice and helpful, answered all questions even when I was probably annoying her. Very knowledgeable and would reccomend her to anybody. When we go to sell and buy again she will be our first choice, if she is not retired because she is so good that she probably will be able to afford it by then!

Buyer reviewMelissa went above and beyond for us. We dragged her out to the hills and back again. She always met us with a smile that could light up a room. I could not have done this without her. For every road block we came to, she had a solution. When our financing fell through, she had a recommendation. When I was about to give up, she didn't. She would meet us on Sunday's and respond right back when I texted her with a late night question that I had forgot to ask earlier. She was my rock through the whole process and we had some unexpected turns. Nothing seemed to rattle her. I will never be able to thank her enough for all she did.
