For example, she brought up negative aspects of a property that we never would have thought of (until it's too late), or that the resale would be a nightmare were we to purchase a certain property. It made us feel like she wasn't just trying to get us to buy ANYTHING so she could make a profit, she really cared about our long-term happiness, and our specific needs. Melissa was incredible in her quick responses to texts/calls/emails, and how quickly she fit us in for showings considering mine and my husband's wonky schedules. She was very thorough in answering any questions we had in a way we understood, and made our first home purchase an easy one. I couldn't have asked for anything more!
