He let us feel empowered to make all final decisions but made helpful suggestions and shared his input from pervious experiences.often times Mike would mention things that we had never previously thought of. His knowledge was an excellent resource. Many times Mike went above and beyond to advocate for us and make the sale/purchase process even easier for us. Mike went above and beyond to make sure all parties involved (buyers of our home, sellers of the home we were purchasing and us) we had to hand sign amendments and offers to purchase because the online signature platform was down. That required Mike to drive from watertown to Madison, to Lebanon and back to watertown. It was soooo appreciated!
